Railing Experts specialize in all types of aluminum railing systems. The owner and founder of Railing Experts, Neil, started this company while he was completing his BBA in Marketing Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
Neil's exceptional customer service and strict quality control measures along with his Marketing and Business education allowed him to turn this business into what it is today. We started off doing minor work for friends and family to now doing multi-unit townhouse complexes, commercial buildings, million dollar residential homes, to small single family jobs.

An aluminum railing adds sophistication to any porch or balcony. It has an extra ordinary performance, excellent strength and safety.
Aluminum Railing has an edge over steel, wood or other railing systems, it won’t rust like steel, it doesn’t rot like wood, doesn’t shrink like vinyl, no painting required as well as zero maintenance cost.
At Railing Experts we supply and install maintenance-free aluminum and glass railings for decks, stairs, balconies and porches, plus handrails, privacy screens and aluminum gates. We work for homeowners, builders and contractors across Surrey, White Rock and the Lower Mainland, and every job is installed by our own crew. Railings can be custom designed for architects and homeowners, and all meet BC Building Code requirements.

How much do aluminum and glass railings cost?
Our installed prices start at $55 per foot for aluminum picket railing and $65 per foot for glass railing with aluminum posts. Stair sections, side-mount (fascia) posts and frameless 12 mm glass cost more, and a picket gate is $350. Prices include supply and installation; GST is extra and the minimum job is $550. How fast can you install a railing?
Most jobs are installed within a week of your go-ahead. We stock our own aluminum and glass, so there’s no waiting on a supplier. Custom-cut glass can take a little longer.
Should I choose picket or glass railing?
Aluminum picket railing is the most affordable and very low maintenance. Glass railing costs more but keeps the view open from your deck or balcony. Both are powder-coated aluminum that won’t rust, rot or need painting. Read our glass vs. aluminum railing guide.
How high does a deck railing need to be in BC?
Under the BC Building Code, guards on a house generally need to be at least 36" (900 mm) high where the deck is 5’11" (1.8 m) or less above the ground, and 42" (1070 mm) when it’s higher. Openings must not let a 4" (100 mm) sphere pass through. See our BC deck railing code guide.

Yes. Builders, general contractors and deck builders make up a large share of our work. We supply and install Intertek-tested aluminum railing systems on your schedule, from single homes to multi-unit projects.
